Shipping & Handling:

- Most items are handmade and made-to-order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Once your order is shipped, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Please track your package using the provided tracking number and contact the carrier directly for any issues.
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping fees or lost packages.
Damaged Items:
- We package items with care, but shipping damages can occur.
- Please contact us with a photo and order number for a resolution (replacement or refund).
Tracking & International Orders:
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email or text once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- International Orders:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- Declining a package due to high fees will not result in a shipping refund.
- We’re not responsible for customs delays.
Refund Policy:
We currently do not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of our handmade products. Please ensure your order is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
